Our story
Wisecom was founded in 2007 to help serious capital buy, build, and manage real estate in Lagos with confidence. We focus on Eko Atlantic first, with deep coverage in Ikoyi and Victoria Island. Our edge is simple: real off-market access paired with legal and technical rigor, so investors get clean title, sound structures, and clear exits.
We advise UHNW families, family offices, institutions, and corporates. Over the years we have sold more than $2B in property, with a portfolio of about $8B as of January 2024. We have managed historic assets, partnered with global developers, and worked with respected brands such as DAMAC, SOBHA Realty, and leading banks.
